SALES MANAGERS FORUM - BUILDING A COLLABORATIVE TEAM
Registration Information: You can add the Forum on as an optional event when registering for the spring meeting.
Registration: $795/person. Registration fee includes Sales Managers’ Forum (Sunday & Monday) and reception (Sunday night).
Participants will learn how to build a sales team for the modern day. We will begin with the idea of not hiring "the best" salespeople, but organizing a collaborative team - to prospect, develop business, and wrap up with a mutually beneficial close.
The goal of the workshop is to build a communications model of predictable revenue. Empower your sales team to use metrics to improve and increase messaging and conversion rates, while keeping your folks where they perform the best. Sales teams, including managers, will learn different techniques to setup a prospecting funnel, quickly qualify decision-makers, and find ways to connect your services to client needs. This workshop focuses on YOU - with templates that frame the workshop content around YOUR offerings.
Imagine having a scalable and predictable model for revenue. You'll walk away with a document that outlines your communication across each phase of your sales process. We'll present theory, you'll apply it to your services, and peer review will help to refine your messaging to predict revenue and grow your business.

AutoPack Summit addresses an unmet need - spotlighting the critical link, inherent value, and resulting opportunities of packaging in the automotive supply chain, SKD, and aftermarket process. The summit brings subject matter experts and industry leaders together for both visionary keynote presentations for tomorrow's strategy and practical insights on supply chain tactics for today.
South Carolina’s automotive industry originated in the early 1900's with Milliken & Company as a manufacturer of fabric seats and roofs for Henry Ford’s gasoline-powered cars. The Upstate is now home to BMW, Michelin, Milliken, and South Carolina's new Inland Port. More than 12 Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) including startups like Proterra - maker of electric busses - and numerous suppliers are in South Carolina. With over 250 companies making up a growing automotive network, the state is ranked second in the U.S. for automotive exports. Nearby, Clemson University is one of the few packaging science undergraduate degree programs in the U.S. and Greenville's CU-ICAR is the only graduate degree program for Automotive Engineering in the U.S. - combine these factors and more for one powerful regional and national influence.
The goal of this event is for OEMs and Tier 1 part suppliers to discuss, collaborate, and unveil innovations within the packaging value chain. Packaging providers will be in attendance and showcasing the latest in packaging technologies. The 2 day summit will be a highly productive session that rises the tides for everyone that touches automotive packaging.
