Junior Sales Engineer - Peachtree, GA
Summary: The Junior Sales Engineer/Inside Sales coordinates the sales and manufacturing efforts to support customers through various cycles of account management focused on existing and new accounts.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Sales of Existing Products and New Developments
Establish and sustain relationships to grow accounts based on customer needs
Create sales proposals and provide price quotes
Qualify leads as potential new customer and engage customer product inquiries by phone
Create, modify, update and maintain technical drawings and product specifications
Experience with printing, prepress and estimating
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Generate sales samples for new opportunities
Active communication and interaction with customers and vendors
Generate sales reports for management
Make outbound calls to cultivate and develop new business opportunities
Provide technical support/assistance to customers and sales group
Infrequent travel to customers or potential customers, tradeshows and company events
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce to find and manage leads
Correspond with identified targets as well as nurture new leads
Ability to travel as needed

Hands-on and mechanically inclined
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering
Work Experience and/or Skills:
Experience with engineering software such as Solidworks, Pro-E, Autocad
Experience in sales or customer service
Affinity with injection molding, automation equipment and mass manufacturing
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and other computer programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
